Le Trente is set in a former iconic loft in Pigalle. It stands out through a universe that blends family history with artistic creation. Upstairs, a large glass-roofed space, available for private hire, served as a studio for artists in residence during the renovation of Hôtel Massé.
Childhood friends Corto and Cyril teamed up with Félix to imagine the menu at Trente. Together, they started from a simple question: what do we actually want to eat in a bar? The menu brings together their favorite dishes, designed to be shared and prepared with ingredients that evolve with the seasons. Brioche Trente remains the permanent signature of the house.
Gabrielle, a young neighborhood sommelier who knocked on the door during renovation works, curated a minimalist selection of natural wines from France and beyond. The soft drinks list adapts to every taste, including kombuchas brewed in Paris. On the cocktail side, Trente revisits its favorites: Trente Sour, Philippine’s, Diams, Victor and Massé Express.
Louis, neighbor of Trente and passionate music lover, curates the soundtrack. Met during listening sessions in clubs, on radio shows, or in Paris record shops, the artists playing at Trente share a common passion: vinyl. Ambient, house, jazz, downtempo or electro.
