32BIS Rue Victor Massé - 75009 Paris
Trente Paris
(opening January 2026)
Adjacent to the hotel but with a separate entrance, Massé’s bar-restaurant is recognized by its distinctive façade clad in green marble, reminiscent of an artist’s studio. This lively spot is open five days a week, from 5 PM to 2 AM. Embracing the diversity that has always defined the Pigalle neighborhood, it welcomes a mix of guests: the local neighbor seated at the counter sipping a cocktail, Massé hotel guests immersing themselves in Parisian life, and music lovers coming from a concert at La Cigale. The Gasparetto-Parenti studio created a unique atmosphere — a raw, conceptual décor featuring a large reclaimed wooden bar, red terrazzo floors, high stools, small tables, and even an outdoor alcove. On the walls, photos of family and friends tell the story of Massé, as do the miniature Ricard bottles covering the restroom walls—a nod to the maternal Mediterranean heritage. On the menu, carefully crafted small plates to share (or not), like toasted brioche with cheddar and onion compote. Upstairs, a cozy space with a soft-shaped sofa and large windows is available for private events.
